NJUKI CAUTIONS ASPIRANTS USING HIS NAME FOR POLITICAL GAIN.

Tharaka Nithi Governor H.E Muthomi Njuki has asked political aspirants and residents in the county to give elected leaders time to serve the people.

Speaking during a seed distribution program at Ikuu Primary School grounds on Monday, the governor acknowledged that he won't be endorsing any leader for any position in the country.

Njuki went on to caution those using his name to gain political popularity in the county and called upon voters not to elect leaders who have not been in touch with the people.

2022 Gubernatorial politics were also in play as the governor asked voters to elect him for a second term, saying projects would only be completed if experienced leaders like him were to be elected back to office.

Governor Njuki would eventually apprise politicians affiliating themselves with political parties and party leaders with no agenda or manifesto saying they needed to outline their ideas to the people first before getting a party.

Tuesday marks the seed distribution program, with the governor expected to visit Igamatundu dispensary in Igambang'ombe Ward and Kigogo market in Magumoni Ward.
