Allure Lounge, nestled in the heart of Four Ways Junction on Kiambu Road, has transformed into the epicenter of anticipation as The Tharaka Nithi Ura Gate Festival Warm Up Event is about to unfold in what has been promised to be a night to remember.
With the Ura Gate Festival's much-anticipated return to the tourism calendar for its 5th edition, the Warm Up Event at Allure Lounge has a special mission.
Sponsored by Allure, it aims to give a tantalizing taste of what the festival has in store for its attendees from September 14th to 16th.
Moreen Nyambura, the Tharaka Nithi Tourism and Culture CECM, in a TV interview on Thursday spoke passionately about the Warm Up Event's purpose saying, "We have Allure as one of the sponsors of the festival," she explained. It is a warm-up to Ura Gate so that people can have a taste of what is going to happen."
Christine Gatiria, the CEO of Allure Lounge, echoed the sentiment. "It is a one-day event, and we are hoping that people can embrace the culture and have an opportunity to experience it. The purpose of the Warm Up event is to also expose our culture to the outside world."
