Kenya Power & Lightning Company (KPLC) has apologized to their customers for the power outage experienced from 10:45 AM this morning.
Through a press release, KPLC acknowledged they had lost supply due to collapsed towers on the Kiambere-Embakasi high voltage transmission power line.
KPLC have reassured customers their engineers are working to restore electricity supply as the repairs are being undertaken.
According to KPLC, an update on the restoration progress will be issued in due course.
